Im disappointed with San Juan pools. We contacted them regarding an inground pool. I was actually very impressed with their customer service. They gave us a bid and came out within the next few days to bring the quote. In the quote was a list of 3 pages of references. So we called and checked the references in our area. These references said the work was good, customer service was great but that the cost was $8,000 to $10,000 less than what we were quoted for the same sized pool. When we asked the owner about this he said they had just raised their prices. Not because of COVID but they just had. We have since found a pool installer that is priced within what he charged these references he gave us. I would encourage you to shop around before settling for San Juan. Do you research.
