I listed my home with them, and they stayed in close communication with me from the start to closing. Their team inspected my home & made a few suggestions for some easy improvements. They did everything I requested re scheduling open houses, etc. Their photos and write-ups for advertising the house were very well done and professional. They followed up with every agent who showed the house and passed on any comments to me. Offers were presented to me promptly, and guided me in the negotiation process without any pressure.
