We used Best Blinds of Tulsa to install window treatments in a 127 room hotel. The initial installation was delayed because of numerous "family issues." Eventually, installation was complete but the roller shades continued to break. We had the manufacturer visit and they discovered all the brackets were installed incorrectly. Chuck said he would resolve the problem but he will no longer return phone calls. We are paying someone else to fix his incompetence. We will have to resort to litigation.
