New Bridge Management

This is a horrible company for renters but great for landlords. New Bridge Management is a dishonest rental management company that gouges renters. Upon move in, my unit was not cleaned and they even lied to me about water being included and then insisted I pay for it, citing it was in my contract. I did not know it was ok to say one thing and and write up documents for another. Very misleading (illegal)!!! When I moved out I had the unit professionally cleaned and they charged me $75 for cleaning supplies (that’s A LOT of comet) for an already spotless apartment and $22.50 for 2 batteries for a smoke detector that did not have batteries when I moved in. Not that the money is a big issue, it is the principle of a company that you trust with your deposit. New Bridge Management, you need to do business the right way!!!! Small businesses in a small town do not last long when you steal from people to line your own pockets.
