We chose him because of a recommendation. That is why I wanted to write a review. He missed water damage to an upstairs bedroom that had damaged the floor, electrical wiring errors, roof leak from around the chimney, missed signs of termite damage, and told us the exterior just needed repainted when it had water damage as well. His website and report says he is certified to identify electrical and chimney problems in addition to home inspection. We are very disappointed. It has cost us a lot of time and money to repair the things that should have been noticed by a professional and addressed prior to purchase.
