I liked his courtesy I decided to check out the reverse system of our garage door opener and didn't know if I was doing something wrong but the door didn't seem to reverse. I called this company in panic and the technician was kind enough to help me in a short while. He fixed the garage door sensors and I also liked how friendly he was.
