Rant Randy Holler aka R and R Roofing.....piece of crap bid me without a contractor license (which is illegal) and took most of my money for "materials" and hasn't done my roof and won't give my money back. He has made several excuses to meet to give my money back and hasn't. So stay clear of him. He owes other businesses also. Please share this with business and family and friends.
