The Texas Rain Man

We hired The Texas Rain Man to install sprinklers and spray hydro-mulch over a large portion of our 45-acre property. He said he had a lot of experience, his Google reviews were good and he promised a 3-year warranty. There were a lot of problems while he was here (he broke things, only showed up sometimes etc.) It took a month to finish the job. Several weeks later the sprinklers aren't working right and, what's worse, the hydro-mulch isn't coming up. We should have grass, but it's sparse and patchy in some areas, not coming up at all in others. We called him and at first, he said he would come back and look into it. Then he stopped taking our phone calls. Now his phone is disconnected. I emailed the address on his website, no reply. We paid him thousands.

Very professional looks like we had this sprinkler for ever. No mess very polite and informative
