We ask Chip this company owner for 2 thing for the survey 1 could our lot be divided into two lots. He said YES OF COURSE. 2nd could he find out who owned the road between the properties as county said not theirs. Again YES. Both did not happen there is a state law that you cannot divided the size lot we have Chip being the expert should have known, in fact many government officials told us Chip should have known that. Also he never looked to see who owned the access road. I would give him 0 stars if I could and will never use again and will tell my friends
