Awesome mover! I contacted Illini Moving Help after my scheduled movers didn’t show up and ignored my calls. They worked with me to help unload a truck into a storage unit very last minute - with less than 12 hours notice. Even better, they were eager to help, they were very friendly, and they did an excellent job in a short amount of time. I would most definitely recommend them as responsible moving labor that shows up when they are supposed to, and I will be using them again when it comes time to unload the storage unit. Fair price, great service, no nonsense.

Worst moving people I have ever dealt with - damaged EVERY single piece of my new furniture, lied about insurance claim being made and no pay out or redress on my damaged items......Cheri Beasley the so called owner -who seems to work from her mobile phone (And can't do two things at once) is never in her office to get back to you and says she's on her cell out of office and will call when has your file back in the office when she returns there, never does. Do your self a favor - DO NOT USE THIS UNSCRUPULOUS LYING COMPANY, all the positive reviews you see are fake - I have left reviews on U Haul site they use for gaining business and conveniently, they do not get published. DO NOT USE THEM, my furniture was brand new and it is ALL damaged - monkeys could have done a better job. LYING< CHEATING AND SCAMMING BUNCH OF CROOKS>

This person booked through one of our online marketplaces. He canceled 3 days before job was complete. The marketplace handles all credit card transactions, including refunds. There is no cancellation few and he was refunded all money. He has since posted bogus reviews everywhere because his credit card company did not credit his account in a timely fashion.
