Kading Properties

One star is even too high of a rating for Kading. I have never had this bad of a landlord... EVER. When I moved in several things didn't work (heaters, stove top burners, paint was peeling) and when I called to let them know, they never came and fixed ANY of it in the two years that I lived there. I had to go out and buy an electric fireplace in order to stay warm in the winter (which is ABSURD). Then, when I moved out they kept my entire deposit and still made me pay $150 on top of that for them to "clean" and "paint" the entire house. I cleaned the house before I moved out and it looked a lot better than when I moved in. I also don't know how they decide when they are going to paint the house (or if they even did) but somehow I got stuck with that bill when it wasn't even painted when I moved in. I would NOT RECOMMEND renting or doing ANY business with Kading Properties. If I could give zero or negative stars I 100% would. I am not writing this for my benefit at all and just don't want other people to get caught in Kading's MONEY TRAP.

This place will scam and rip you off for any money they can. They will not fix anything wrong with your place from bugs, to mice, to basic repairs. Even the pest control people which i had to threaten to call the city on them to get out there said these are the cheapest built properties he has seen.

My experience with Kading Properties has been nothing but amazing! They are a respectful and realistic company. Always have a smile on their face and are there to help when we need them.
