Customers from Everett had old carpet, laminate and old tile that they wanted to get rid of and have American Flooring crew installed brand new Beautiful Laminate. The floor was concrete and needed to be prepared before the install. Our American flooring crew tore out all of the old flooring and moved all the furniture around. Crew needed to remove and re-install existing baseboard as well. Job was approximately 1450sqft. American flooring installers completed the job in 3 days. This job needed 4000sqft of unfinished 3 1/4" white oak to be installed plus sanded and finished. Sub floor did not need any preparations but material needed to be acclimated for about 7 days to gain the temperature of the house. American Flooring crew nailed down hardwood in 4 days. 2 weeks later when job was ready for sand and finish, American flooring crew started the process. After 1 week customers were ready to move in. Floor turned out amazingly gorgeous, since customers chose really good stain that matched their interior. Project in Kenmore Vinyl plank flooring installation right by Lake Washington. When American Flooring LLC first arrived to the project, old floor was in very bad shape. Customer asked American Flooring crew if we could recover their floors after the flood. American Flooring Floor consultant provided them with the best information on how to complete the project with out any worries on customers end. Consultant Also provided with the different options of Hardwood flooring, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring and Laminate Flooring.Customer quickly decided which floors they wanted and we Put them on our schedule. Couple days later American Flooring crew arrived to the job site to install Luxury Vinyl plank 7" wide. First, they cleared the floor from scraps and old flooring, they leveled the floor to reach perfect flatness,and started the install. Guys laid down 1700 sqft in 2 days. Customers were very surprised how fast and worry free the process went. Flooring Job In Greater Seattle Area had old Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Customers really wanted to give their floor a new refreshed look that would change the design of their interior during remodel and overall would make their Flooring installation fast and easy. Our American Flooring consultants showed different examples of the new Hardwood flooring, Laminate flooring, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring we had in stock. Customers chose LVT plank(Luxury Vinyl Plank) that they liked and we proceeded with the installation. Process didn't take long, Our American Flooring Installation crew came in, tore out old Laminate flooring, and old carpet. In the areas where Subfloor(Plywood) needed to be patched, they leveled it with self leveling material and started the Vinyl Plank installation right after they finished preping the floor. Installation itself took about 7 hours. The floor was 1400sqft. Upon completion, customers had abundance of joy. They really loved the durability of the new flooring LVT-LVP(Luxury Vinyl Plank) we installed and especially how the new floor matched their interior! Hardwood flooring installation in Mill Creek Washington Greater Seattle Area. This Hardwood Floor installation project was finished by American Flooring LLC installation crew. Customer had all the material on site. When flooring crew arrived, they first prepared the sub-floor to achieve a flat floor. There was Sleigh high differences in sub floor joins. Our crew sanded the flooring before hardwood install. After preparation was done, American flooring LLC Installation crew began installing Hardwood floors. 600sqft are took the guys only half a day. Nail down hardwood is not the easiest hardwood to install, but out pros can deal with it easily. After the area was finished. American Flooring LLC installation crew put down moldings back where they were before and vacuumed after completion of the floor. Customer from Auburn Washington was Flipping a project house for future sale. When American Flooring installation crew came in, They realized that the flooring was pretty uneven. We prepped existing concrete, tore out carpet, vinyl. A lot patching spots had to be poured. The wood was already on site. Our American Flooring installation team of 4 quickly installed 1600sqft of Laminate Click-in or Click-together material in one day. Customer was very satisfied. Job turned out pretty nice!
