I was referred to this company by Home Depot. My HVAC unit quit working. I have another unit I bought for my previous house but never installed, and I knew the unit in my current home would not last much longer, so I brought it with me. The new unit uses a different coil or something (I am not well versed in these things) so these things would need to be replaced/installed prior to installing the new unit. When the representative called to schedule an appointment, my husband explained to them what we would like done and that we have a new unit to install. He was told that the company was "not interested" if they would not be providing their own equipment. So, if I do not buy a new unit from the company, they will not do any service or installation calls??? It states on their site that they do service calls. So I guess if you do not pay thousands of dollars for their units, they do not want your business. Just be warned.
