Brent and his team are incredible—not only does our house look the freshest on the block, but their precision in timing with wild Camas weather, dealing with our HOA requirements with grace, and detailed finishing work all blew us away. We had wanted to get our house painted for years, but thought that couldn’t justify the expense… we were wrong!! This was the best decision we’ve made. Even our neighbors and random people driving by commented that they’re so happy we painted the place such a lovely combination of colors. We got multiple quotes, and spoke with neighbors, who had also used Brent and Pro Paint NW. From the fair pricing to the ease of dealing with his team, and the finished product, every single referral would absolutely use him again in a heartbeat—and so would we. The process worked like this for us… We reached out, and Brent promptly came to our house for a thorough inspection. We wanted to move ahead but we were stuck on color options. Additionally, the weather was changing quickly in November and we were limited on the rain-free days. Brent recommended a color specialist, and we met with her/figured out color options. This was so fun! We felt very confident going into the actual day of painting. This was an awesome referral. For our three-story house, the entire process took just a couple of days. They started with washing the surface, got everything sealed off or removed (hardware) and started spraying. Then they worked details by hand. The entire crew was so delightful, and we really appreciate it that they were so easy to work with (especially with a puppy in the back yard and a five year old always wanting to chat with them.) :) One other huge element that we are impressed by is that Brent and his team didn’t try to sell us on painting surfaces immediately that would ultimately wear very soon due to rain. They were very realistic and told us that we would need to paint our deck in the summer when it could dry out enough. We will have his team come back as soon as there’s enough sunshine to do that last piece of our entire project. (Other painters said they’d paint our deck now, but we know from previous renovations it would peel if not dried out enough). Brent’s honesty and candor about timing and quality requirements is a huge bonus in this field. He knew he could get the exterior of our house done on all of the vertical surfaces with our wild weather and within our HOA timelines, and the result is absolutely beautifully! We could not be happier!! Oh, AND we did a detailed walk through to confirm the job was completed to our satisfaction, AND there’s a long warranty on all of his work and the products. Huge bonus!
