Koala-T Exteriors

New composite roof....we had a great experience. The roof was very reasonably priced. The crew worked very clean and we have no complaints. Very happy with the look and the job they did.

Before using Koala-T Exteriors, I researched to find reviews on Angie's List and other web sites. I could not find much about them. I spoke with friends and family who had recently had new roofs installed. Prices ranged from $17K to $28K with work done by different companies. I received several bids. I chose Koala-T, as I trusted and liked the sales manager, Jarrett. Also, the price fell within the range of the other bids. After discussing options with Jarrett, I chose Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles. Jarrett was helpful in explaining the process of removing the 2 layers of shingles and the Owens Corning Roofing System. The warranty is good for 50 years and transferable. The finished roof looks good. It was completed within 3 days. The first day, 2 layers of shingles were removed. Five men worked from 8 - 5 p.m. The second day, the new roofing materials were delivered. On the third day, the men installed the new roof, working from around 9:30 - 5:30 p,m. They were trying to get it done before the heavy rain came. As it was dark, a couple of men returned the next day to clean up the debris around the yard. I would recommend Koala-T Exteriors.
