| Helped Seller Stage the property For Sale | Apr 2015 | This small condo was on the marekt for 77 Days. It was being SOLD furnished, nothing fancy. But it was a ground floor unit and very shady... buyers remarked that it was "dark". It was also decorated very masculine with strong "up north colors" like hunter green and maroon. I finally had said to the seller... "this is Florida and this condo is 888 SF! We need light bright and white!" He said do what you have to do to get it SOLD. So I did! I hid alot of the pictures on the walls, brought in some shells and light towels and raffia...and a peachy shell bedspread from the thrift store...and flowers on the lanai and within 3 days we had a contract! The total cost of a few itiems to beachy it up was about $50! But it was just what it needed to get that contract. Seller couldn't be happier. | $50 | Venice, FL |
