Yesterday one of their plow trucks came through our apartment buildings plowing leaving multiple parking spots full of snow that could have been plowed. After I saw this I went outside and shoveled all of them myself. When I called to complain about the incomplete job Eric answered the phone and told me I don’t know what I’m talking about and that he gets so many complaints that my complaint didn’t matter to him. He was very unprofessional and didn’t care if the service was good or not.
