Very helpful and informative. Estimate was very reasonable, my other estimate was 5x. I only got an estimate, because they convinced me that the bid project wasn't suitable for my actual needs. They still did research with vendors to confirm options, and followed up to give me recommendations on how to best go forward with the overall project (a nearly-free alternative).
