Dan The Man

This guy really knows his stuff. I'd had multiple people come look at my dishwasher with no luck, they were all from supposedly reputable appliance repair companies. Dan answered the phone immediately, was able to come out same day, and had the thing fixed the following evening. He doesn't charge a crap ton of overhead either, just the service fee and wholesale part price. Amazing how expedient and knowledgeable he is, definitely my go-to guy from now on!

Service charge is $65. I called him one day it wasn't going to work out on time THAT DAY wow who tried to come the day you call? So I scheduled a 3-hour window the next day, he text me he was on his way to take a look real quick he knew I had to leave, zipped in went right to the problem said if you will write me a check for $70 we are all set once I replace this fuse!! Happy dance, happy dance and happy dance, I did not want to buy a new one!!! Nice guy as he was pushing back the dryer he pulled out my lint catcher, he wanted to make sure it was clean, I bet and it shows he cares in my books. I clean my lint trap EVERY time I use it and watch the thing with soap and water once or twice a year. If you don't use Shaklee or another non-chemical softener it creates a build up you don't see easily. HIGH recommend Dan!!

This man is incredibly inept. Had him out four or five times, and he still couldn't get everything fixed, yet still charged more for his time. When I called him over to get an estimate for repairs, he immediately started dismantling my appliance without even asking me if it was ok. At that point it was apart, so I figured I'd just go ahead and use him....I really wish I hadn't.
