Horrible company, horrible people, horrible experience. Scammed me and then fell off the grid. Stuffed their contractor as well. Having to sue them now. No integrity whatsoever. Walked all over the floors they installed (rather poorly I might add - so many problems with them) with glue on their feet and it dried and won't come up and they don't want to fix it. Small company with very little money and sub contract everything so if anything goes wrong they just avoid you. Jared Johnson was so unprofessional and the president Williams Wise is an idiot. Very shady company. Avoid them at all cost!!!!

When I contacted Tidewater Flooring, they came out immediately and were able to give me an estimate. The carpet I picked out wasn’t in stock, but they were able to order it and get it in within 3 days. They came out and installed it and were very professional. I’m very very happy with how quickly and how well everything was done.
