Clearly this company simply changes names or works under other company umbrellas in order to stay in business. Apparently they just closed the previous Facebook Page due to poor reviews from honest people in order to save face. If you look they even fake reviews on other sites to boost rating. I find it hard to believe that they suddenly have 10+ 5 ⭐️ ratings in one day. If you look it was probably to cover the 1 ⭐️ reviews exposing them as a the fraudulent scammers they are! I am glad that I took the time to dig deep on this company before spending 12K on a flooring job with them. Read Reviews - All of them - not just the good ones. The Attorney General needs to be made aware of this companies dealings. A class action lawsuit should be organized! Once they get your money, you will know who they really are.

Be very leery! Read the contract carefully. and you will know why you need to not proceed. Read the reviews on Yelp.

This contractor operates under multiple names: Elegant, Proper Contractor, American Family Professional Remodeling. It is terrible, they are stealing consumer's hard earned money and not giving it back! A salesman came to our home Wednesday, 6-16-2021 to give us an estimate for a roof repair. He let us know they would not come do repair unless there is other work to be completed. We added bathroom floor, installation of sink and toilet, and 2 sliding glass doors. We made sure to let him know we had a quote out for the doors, he said do not worry you can cancel in the next 3 business days. His boss, Sonny was on the phone and stated we needed to pay 1/2 of total costs which were $13,000 in order to save money and have "good pricing." We also told Sonny we were waiting on 1 more quote for sliding glass doors. We paid 1/2, $6,500 in good faith. 2 days later we received the estimate for the doors we were waiting on. They are custom and also $4,000 less expensive. We called on Monday 6-21-2021 to cancel. We were counting business days: Thursday, Friday, then Monday. We were told that Saturday was a business day and we did not cancel in time. It is important to know, no-one has ever come to our home to measure or anything. All that has happened is the sales guy gave the estimate/contract. This company has not lost a penny do to us canceling nor spent any money for supplies etc. . Also, had we known they counted Saturday as a business day we would have called then, we waited until Monday not knowing. Sonny is not a nice person and has patronized me in multiple ways. They have had our $6,500 for almost a month. This is making more issues with repairs not being completed due to them having our money. The roof is now leaking worse all in my son's room. All we want is our money back and just go our separate ways. These people are not nice and have stolen our money. It is absolutely SHAMEFUL what they have done!!!
