A/C

Terrible company customer service, they try to take advantage of women by price gauging, and stating I had to pay them $550 to them to get my ac working. The tech/ owner did not even have a ladder or tools to complete work needed. Lied to Home Warranty and stated that ac unit would not work because of low freon, The freon was full. I will be getting a lawyer, and reporting this company to the BBB. Do not do business with this company. Also Tech/ owner receptionist very rude and unprofessional. I would give this company a negative rating, I only choose 1 star because you have too.

Terrible experience with this company. Do not show up as scheduled. Lies, lies, lies. Run!! Do not do business with them. I would give them minus stars if I could.

3 and 1 air conditioning came to service my moms a/c. The first technician said he needed approval from my warranty co. When I called several days later I was told by 3 and 1 that they fired that technician and someone else would come out. End result, the a/c got fixed but they charged my mom over $300. Three weeks later the a/c is not working again! They are flakes!! I called my home warranty company and told them I did not want them going back out. Be careful if you use this company!!!

Terrible customer service!! Can not reach the tech once he has been dispatched. Says they show up and you weren't there!!! Been here all morning WAITING and now no response!!! Absolutely the worst!!!
