Garcia Landscape Maintenance

Awful experience. He was paid upfront for supplies and the rest would be paid after work was done. Needless to say no one showed up for weeks after he received check. Finally after many phone calls the cement was laid then nothing again for about 2 weeks as he claimed he was sick and in hospital..bullshit..then We were issued leans against our new home because cement company was never paid even though we had put 4 grand down. Also when cement was laid all workers were drinking on the job and left beer cans in our backyard that I had to pick up.Could never get ahold of the guy after that by phone only text messages cause he was too much of a coward to confront us. We had to pay cement company so no leans were issued and will have to take him to court for our money back. It's just sad that people can be so cruel. Lesson learned you can't trust anyone anymore. Please learn from me and stay away from this company and Michel Garcia out of Visalia. Come to find out he not only did this to us but also 4 other people within our same housing community. Just taking advantage of people moving into new homes who are anxious to get backyard landscaped as none of the new homes are. Needless to say I will never pay upfront for anything anymore. Michael Garcia is a crook and liar. No one in the company is licensed and he should not being doing any type of construction over 500 dollars. Claims he is a good guy strong in his religion and a good family man but cannot trust a word that comes out of his mouth. End of rant.. Writing out my frustration. I hope he reads this. Thank you for making my first experience in a new home (that I worked very hard for) a living hell.
