This appliance repair company is simply amazing! I had called every appliance repair company in Waco over the weekend and NOT a single person called me back. Monday morning, the office manager called me as soon as she was able to and got me schedule. Everyone is great and super friendly and will go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you Hammond Services for everything.

We have had the absolute best experience with Hammond !!! They are very knowledgeable and fast in getting to the customer. Our freezer went out over the weekend and was full of food! Hammond helped us troubleshoot the problem and came out the same day, Monday. The guys had it fixed in no time! They wore masks and gloves. They also checked out all of the parts to be sure everything else was working properly!!! We appreciate this company after having sooo many bad repairmen before. We won’t use anyone else. We request them through our home warranty company and they approve their service!!!

Very friendly and courteous people to work with.. The techs are knowledgeable and very professional- Would Definitely recommend Hammond Services for any appliance needs! With being in business for 100 years and not very many negative remark is definitely my kind of people to work with!!
