R Davis Bathtub Refinishing

Giving this company even 1 Star is more than it deserves. We had nothing but problems with this company. Rick stopped taking our calls after many attempts to have him fix our sinks, shower, and areas of our tub. The coating came off within a month of having the work done. Getting him on the phone was close to a miracle. He finally said he would send his worker to fix where the coating came off, 2 weeks later and after multiple attempts to call him his worker came out and laid the wrong color. I called him immediately to let him know of my concern and he said when it dried it would be correct. Not the case. I have spots all over where the coating is no longer, and now the wrong color where they attempted to fix their horrible job. I am proceeding with legal action

I have been remodeling my home to sell and had them come out and spray my tub and shower to look new instead of replacing the items. We paid $850 and the job was uneven with rough spots throughout. The shower has not been used at all and there are two chips exposing the original surface. We have called Rick to have them come by and do the repairs and they have been dodging us and not returning our calls. The employee that does the work said he would come by and never showed up. I have friends who have had their tubs resurfaced successfully and I do not understand why this is peeling, cracking and falling out without even a use! I should have read the reviews before using them... please avoid making our mistake and pay a little extra to have it done correctly! We now have to figure out how to get it fixed or spend another $1000+ to have it done properly. Very disappointed.
