Harvey replacement windows are cheap, poorly made GARBAGE. I had 5 double-hungs and 2 picture windows replaced with Harvey MaxView double-paned argon insulated windows from a local contractor last summer. Now that it's winter in New England, these replacement windows all get frost and/or condensation on the INSIDE of the glass every cold night! The company responded to my complaints by claiming that frost on the interior of an insulated window is "normal" and to be expected. Are you kidding me?!? I will NEVER EVER use Harvey building products again because the company does not stand behind its flimsy, inefficient replacement windows.
