I contracted Joe (Sparkle Pool) on Sept. 1, 2016 to re-tile and re-cope my pool. Today is Nov. 13, 2016, and he has STILL not completed the project! The tiling and coping was done in Aug. and he has put other projects like pool closing before mine. I paid him $3K (most of the balance) on Sept. 22nd and he has ignored me ever since. Do NOT pay him in full until he has COMPLETED your pool! I will NOT DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN!
