Hart Carpentry

Hart Carpentry came to our home to survey the area which needed a railing. At first it appeared to be a positive situation. He said he would return within a couple of weeks to install a railing for us. It was the last week in August when he came to our home. It is now November, and we tried many times to contact him to install the railing. He did not answer our calls after countless messages. He did not respond by phone or computer. It was extremely disappointing.
