I bought a house in May of this year. We put a lot of trust in our agent as we were moving from out of state. She was a nice lady but that's where it stopped. We had many questions and only got the answer ( I don't know. )Not even I will find out or anything. Laziness and just in a hurry to make a dollar was what we got from our agent. When we arrived to the house from out state still no questions were answered just on basic stuff about the house. For example where is the septic tank so we can get it cleaned? Answer we got was I haven't cleaned mine in 8 years so you should be fine and I don't know. And the list of questions continued but same results. We didn't have much options moving from across the country so we used the selling agent for us thinking it would make things a lot easier. This was by far the worst experience my family has ever had with an agency.
