Premier Outdoor Structures

As a responsible citizen who was burned, I have to add to the prior similar comment. My family also made a down-payment to Premier Outdoor Structures, and they did not do the work. We retained a lawyer, filed a civil suit, and won a court judgment (and likely will have to get restitution from the Virginia fund for people defrauded by contractors). I do not recommend anyone hire Terel White and Randy Morgan. More to the point, they no longer have a Virginia contractor license (they dropped it the week that we served them legally). If Mr. Morgan were an honest businessman, he would return the money he stole from my family.

After paying Terrell White a substantial deposit in March 2017 to do a pretty big project, he flaked out and stopped returning calls. I finally tracked Randall Morgan, the owner, down and he gave me a song and dance about this that and the other thing, and he eventually did demolish my old fence, then disappeared again. By October 2017, I gave up and had reported his license to the DC license people and I'll be suing for my deposit back. If Premier or Randy (or Terrell, as I have reason to believe he still works with him) shows up at your door, don't open it.

Do not hire this company. Once the contract was signed and a $4500 deposit was made, could not have been a worse experience. Dishonest, misleading, poor communication, unprofessional, no follow through. Never began work. We decided to cancel the contract with cause for unprofessional operation after yet another ambiguous delay, and since that time the owner has refused to return our deposit. Essentially trying to steal $4500 from us. Will likely have to go to court to recoup our money.
