About Maxim Construction
Maxim Construction was established in 2003 by Tom Manganas and is a family owned company. While the company started by doing residential remodels it soon took off to larger, bonded jobs for schools, municipalities, car dealerships, hotels and housing authorities. Although Maxim does larger bonded jobs, we are never to busy to take on a residential roof. We specialize in framing, roofing, and siding. Maxim Construction is a certified installer for CertainTeed Residential roofing - Versico, Carlisle, IB, and Mule Hide. Commercial roofing STS Coatings, TruCO, and Uniflex roof coatings. While growing fast Maxim continues to take pride in their work and also values personal customer relationships.

This company does horrible work. We purchased a house from them that they "flipped.". Their quality is terrible, we have had to replace so many things and it has been extremely costly. They had beautiful bamboo floors installed, however they didn't fix the sub floor so it all bubbled and we ended up having to replace the subfloor and install carpet. We have had mold on our walls because they didn't use the correct dry wall. They also rinced concrete down the drains and our sewage got backed up. Our windows all get wet and foggy when we cook because they werent installed correctly either. Currently we have had to pull our kitchen cabinets off of the wall because water is dripping down behind them and mold is growing. We have owned this house for only a year nd the issues keep popping up. Do not do business with this company. I will be filing a report with the BBB and attorney general's office.
