Concept Painting

DON"T USE!!!!! Hired him to paint a townhouse and paid half upfront. Job was to be completed in four days and after multiple delays and excuses he walked out on the SIXTH day. Upstairs was not completed and no work done down stairs except for patches that he tried to fix but didn't do correctly. Quality was horrible!!! Now I am left with not even half the job done and he will not return my calls or texts and left no reason as to why he quit. Very unprofessional!!!!!!
