We utilize the computer aided drafting software IntelliCAD to create job drawings that are used during initial layout, pouring foundations, and layout of flatwork. Our skilled drafters take the plans provided and redraw them for every individual project. This allows for double checking of dimensions, locations of piers, beam pockets, etc. When the drawing is completed we can compare it to the provided plan to ensure consistency.
