About 650 square feet of tile and grout needed cleaning, especially the grout. When it was installed 11 years ago, the grout was green. We used hot water extraction to remove the tan colored built up soils, and restored the original green grout color. After sufficient drying time was allowed, we returned to the site, and clear sealed the grout, making future maintenance simpler and less costly for the maintenance man.

Christmas tree stand leaked onto carpeting

Jan 2015

A customer called me to tell me that her Christmas tree stand cracked and unknown to her, had been leaking beneath the tree skirt and the presents, leaving an approximately 3 foot stain in her carpeting. The stain was multi-colored and might have caused the family to replace all of their carpeting. I used my Hoss 700 carpet cleaning machine and hot water extraction to remove greater than 90% of the stain. The customers were very satisfied. I also cleaned carpet in an adjacent room as well as an L shaped hallway for the price listed above.

Natural stone cleaning & restoration and clear sealing

Oct 2014

A commercial business had never professionally cleaned the natural stone walls that so beautifully surround their building. This left 49 years of soils, including mildew and heavy discoloration dominating the appearance of the stone. We were able to use the correct solution, combined with contained hot water and high pressure to extract the soils, mildew and discoloration from the stone. After the stone was cleaned, all of it received a clear sealant to protect the stone for years to come.

Clean up sloppy grout job and color seal cleaned grout

Aug 2014

A hotel in Madison hired a family business to install tile and grout. It became messy when the installers failed to fully wipe the grout off of the brand new tile. We brought in our High pressure and hot water hybrid tools and were able to extract the excess new grout off of the new tile. We then color sealed the grout to our customer's satisfaction. This ultimately restored an entire hallway as well as the breakfast area and one bathroom to a new appearance.

Edgewood church sign

Aug 2014

The Edgewood church stone sign in Waupun was severely discolored and stained into the top layer of stone throughout the front and back of the sign. I used a variety of solutions to resolve the problem. Using hot water extraction, controlled pressure and my mini-turbo hand held power washing tool, I was able to remove greater than 90% of the staining, and then I followed it up by sealing the stone with an appropriate stone sealer.

Eliminated hotel room fish fry odor

Jun 2014

A hotel general manager had a couple stay in one of his rooms, and they decided to fry some fish inside their room. They left an overpowering odor in their room that spilled out into the hallway and was easily smelled from anywhere on the entire lower level of the hotel. The manager had tried numerous methods to get rid of the odor, and failed. I went in to the room and three times I fogged the room with an odor eliminating solvent, and after the final application, I sprayed all fabric in the room with a deodorizing agent and these steps combined eliminated the odor in the room.

Restaurant basement deep cleaning

Feb 2014

A new restaurant owner went through the standard health inspection process necessary for the change in ownership. It was discovered by the health inspector that the concrete flooring in the basement needed to be cleaned. Also, the cooler and freezer, as well as the main stairway were in need of deep cleaning. I used our concrete hyper tool to deep clean the concrete, extracting the oils out of the floor. I also steam cleaned the cooler and freezer as well as all the shelving inside of them. Additionally, I used hot water extraction to clean the heavily soiled tile and grout on the stairway.
