We have used John and Mike for about 3 projects, each graduating in complexity. The first was a water heater malfunction that caused significant dry wall damage in our garage and some inside as well. This required plumbing knowledge, and ended up requiring some electrical as well. The second project was a master closet redo, along with some make ready to sell my home. This last project has been kind of large. They have redone and added electrical to a 2,000 sq ft storage building, added plumbing to the end of it to accommodate a sink, washer/dryer, fridge, stove and electrical and plumbing to attach our camper to. They have waterproofed the building and built and installed custom barn doors on the front. All our requests have been accommodated and improved on with cost/budget in mind. We trust John to advise us when something we want won’t work well or is not cost efficient. We give him and mike the keys and trust them to get the work done. They have earned our trust over the 3 projects we’ve used them on. We have a couple of future plans we intend to involve them on! You will be pleased with the integrity and trustworthiness with which they do their work. And I can be hard to please!

John is great! He is incredibly trustworthy--one of my favorite things about him was that I could leave a key and go to work and not think twice about him being at my house. He is also talented and can fix or do just about anything around the house.

Schneider's Home Services has always been there for us. From basic plumbing problems to a complete remodel John has been there for our needs. His work is quality and his prices are very fair. The jobs he has done on our older home have not been easy, yet, the work has always been completed and the end result is fantastic. We have, and will again, recommend Schneider's Home Services. Thanks John for all you have done for us!
