About ABBA Roofing & Construction Co
ABBA Roofing & Construction was founded as A Better Built Alternative. When we started over 20 years ago there were practically no standards in the roofing trade at all. Building techniques established in Dade County FL have become the standard by which durability has been gaged for years. In 1996 Richard Boyd, owner of ABBA was one of 5 contractors State wide to attend the 1st Insurance forum on loss mitigation sponsored by the Texas Dept. of Insurance. The purpose was to determine if there were better performing products that would endure the harsh climate of the Gulf Coast. Since even before this ABBA Roofing was on the cutting edge of the Roofing industry and continue to maintain that status today. Ron Boyd and his team were professional, quick and cleaned up beautifully after full replacement of our roof. Ron made some recommendations based upon the age of our house and lack of exhaust from our attic (roof-mounted solar exhaust fans to reduce heat in the attic). We are extremely happy with the results and have experienced an improvement in our energy bills! Highly recommend!
