Hire Fagan to mow and foolishly paid Dana 1 year in advance. In the first 3 months, they missed 4 weeks, one of which was at my request because they cut the lawn too low. I had to call them the other weeks to see if they were even coming. I fired them and requested a pro-rated refund for the remaining 9 months. Dana twice said she was going to start to pay us back and she failed to do so both times. Then she lied to Seniors vs. Crime that she would return the money she had not earned.
