Quite possibly the worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. I have never written a review in my life before this experience. Hired to sand wood floors on my balcony then seal.At first the work appeared good.He told me his sealer would last years.It lasted days.Within the weeks it deteriorated almost completely . 4 times The contractor promised to repair the job and never showed. He didn't even call to say couldn't make it. He didn't like the fact i was angry that he never showed.He said all Boca Customers are the same. Ill let you translate that. I paid $2500. and the job must be completely redone. I have texts of the conversation and photos. Do not trust this guy.
