The scope of work included emergency and scheduled service calls, contents removal and storage, equipment rental, and structure dry down. Bob or Robert Schaefer of Cardinal Construction Corp has a balance due of over $4500. Mr. Schaefer confirmed that he received the insurance pay out from the customer. He then chose to not pay his contractors. A google search will show you that I am not the only service professional Robert Schaefer of Cardinal Construction Corp has stolen from. He is your man if you want a lien on your home.

Do your Homework 1st as this Company has NOT Been in Business for 28 years it was Started in 2009 but it was a DBA to Robert Schaefer Then he started Cardinal Construction Group LLC as Well as Atlas Construction Group LLC on 03/03/2017 under the Address Listed : 1275 Roosevelt Road #118 West Chicago IL 60185 A) Which He Nor The Company Have NOT been in that Building Since July 2016 B) He moved Out of State and still is living Out of State and NOT in The State of Illinois!! These are the Honest "FACTS" so Please Base Your Decisions on this Company & Do Background Checks In Fact do Homework on any Company and it's Owners before Signing a Legal Contract !!
