Eldar first embarked on his journey into the Real Estate industry nearly a decade ago as an assistant for a major real estate commercial broker and shortly after attained his real estate license. He has since been involved in many aspects of real estate during his career; from the construction of spec homes in Malibu, tear-downs in the San Fernando Valley, extensive remodels in Los Angeles and worked tirelessly with investors for maximum returns. Eldar’s unique experiences along with his broad network of contacts have given him a vision for properties to reach their full potential.
