Absolutely bad experience, my asus laptop was making lot of noise due to dust inside fan, Mr. Joe told it would take 40$ which itself seems a bit high, anyway I agreed but after just cleaning up he claimed 60$, but even after his work the noise is still there, he did show me some pics of dust which he claims to have cleared up, but overall very dissatisfied
