This company was approached for a VA Renovation loan. They agreed they could do it and meet the deadlines. When it came to the closing, the company contact would not call the lender back to submit the bid for closing and the closing fail through. If they were not willing to take on the job or could not meet the deadlines all they had to say was no. My son and I were dependent on this home purchase for stability. They are an unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional company.
