The work itself performed by John Andrew's team was good, however this review is to highlight the lack of professionalism. John Andrews firmly believes a business card with a written down price on it is considered a formal quote and contract. John Andrews is extremely condescending, insulting and rude in phone conversations when he is not getting his way during the conversation. Would not hire him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone else. His professionalism and lack of customer courtesy is non-existent.

STAY AWAY!! I asked this company for a price for my lawn service. He gave me a price and I agreed. He told me to leave my gate open and he would do it. I left the gate open and did a quick errand. Came back and found my gate wide open and nothing done. I checked my surveillance cameras and seen that they never came to my property. They just packed up and left when they were done across the street. I have seen them several times after and they just ignore me. They have terrible reviews on Angie's list
