I've been in the real estate industry since March of 2005. My goal is to quickly provide my clients with the most comprehensive market information through a variety tools that allows them to make the best possible decision to purchase a primary, vacation, or investment property. During and after the sale I make sure my clients are connected with professionals who help achieve their real estate goals. After spending 30 + years in the Midwest I moved to FL in 2005. I spent five years enjoying the West coast of FL not only getting famiar with the area from Naples to Tampa, but also learning every facet of the residential real estate market. I immersed myself in all facets of mortgage, short sales, foreclosures & auctions. While I enjoyed boating, fishing, and getting my tennis game up to par in Southwest FL, in 2009 I took a leap of faith by moving to Palm Beach County where I would be closer to family. Not only has West Palm Beach become one of the most walkable cities in Florida, it is ideally located just across from the beautiful and sought after island of Palm Beach along a recently revitalized intracoastal waterfront. Over the last 10 years the city has been transformed into one of the true gems in South Florida, and I look forward to living here for a long time. After serving several years on the marketing committee for the Downtown Neighborhood Association, I was recently elected president of the organization. The DNA is comprised of over 500 members who either live or work in the downtown. We are a volunteer not for profit that serves those who want an opportunity to network, communicate, support local businesses, and work together to make downtown West Palm Beach a better place to live.
