Howard arrived on time and prepared to do the job, Howard explained what needed to be done. Howard also addressed an additional issue that was in place and wasn't needed, During the performance of his job Howard explained that an expansion tank wasn't a necessary item, that a previous plumber added to my hot water tank, asked if I wanted it removed which I agreed to have it removed. It was a pleasure to have a company employee who was honest and on time. If I need a plumber in the future I will ask for Howard and your company. Thank You so much. Unfortunately a limited amount of good reviews doesn’t entirely predict the success of any service repair worker. I’m a shocked at the unprofessional & wildly immature out of line over-reactions Howard senselessly has a streak for. It’s like we hired a sassy 14 year old spoiled girl.
