Rarely showed up when he told me he would. A five day job took 46 days. "Installed" less than 100 ft of 4 ft picket fence. None of the posts met the contract specifications - an end post fell over because its hole was nine inches wide and nine inches deep, Panels blew off because he supplied screws that only went 1/4 of an inch into the posts. Some panels were not fastened at the bottom rail. Many rails split because he didn't pre-drill the screw holes. None of the gate hardware was installed correctly. "Level" and "plumb" were not concepts that he embraced. Don't hire him. Will be filing a claim against him for the repairs I have had to hire someone else to do - essentially doing the entire job over.
