Gutted kitchen and family room to bare studs, bricked in former window, relocated electrical and drain lines, enlarged masonry opening between kitchen and family room from five to 12 feet. Installed all new drywall, hardwood floors, white cabinets, plumbing for sink, dishwasher, and instant hot, Commercial 36" wide stainless steel range hood, and glass subway tiles above countertop. Cabinets, granite, sink, appliances and other materials not included in cost of the job we also fixed a structural problem in the family room floor as well as fixing and rerouting second floor plumbing.

Installed new tile floor and subway tiles to walls. Installed new vanity and toilet as well as finish painting all un-tiled wall surfaces. Discovered and replaced leaking main 4" vent pipe in ceiling of bathroom.

We also replaced all galvanized water lines in the house, installed new electrical service, panel , and wiring in basement. repaired kitchen ceiling damaged by leaking second floor bathroom.

Installed a custom 4'x4' shower stall with a two sided clear glass enclosure in second floor master bathroom. Installed new faucet and 12'x24' wall tiles. glass enclosure fabricated and installed by Hudson Glass and mirror. Shower was on the outside walls so water lines had to be rerouted and properly protected from freezing during winter. Also fixed improperly installed drainage from former shower to meet code and matchup with the new custom shower.
