Westoaks tile is an unlicensed company. Robert Herdan was cited 3000.00 by the CALIFORNIA CONTRACTORS STATE LICENSE BOARD for working with a suspended license. He ruined my countertop and did illegal plumbing without a license. I have a 1600.00 judgement against him which he is evading.
