Tony P from Burr Ridge Mr. Z. has done excellent work for us over the past two years. We have been using ZBT Remodeling Inc. at our three multi-family rentals for a wide range of duties from bathroom and kitchen remodeling, exterior garage remodeling, handrail installation, security sign postings, exterior lighting installation, and handyman jobs. Z is no nonsense and gets in there and gets the job done. He cares a lot that we are happy and is always ready to fix anything we ask about. His prices are very reasonable and his accounting is always very good (his wife is his business manager). He is fully insured which is important to us. We hope to work with him for many years to come.
