From Beth in the office to Dmitiri, the plumber, every was so pleasant and professional! Dmitiri promptly fixed our steam shower (an easy repair...a little embarrassing we couldn't figure it out ourselves) but he didn't make us feel silly at all! They were prompt to get in touch with me about scheduling an appointment, and were even able to come an hour early!

Everything went great. We had an emergency sump pump situation and Elliott came thru for us quickly and at a very fair price. Recommend them highly!

I have a home warranty that used this plumbing company as a contractor. So I initially was very happy to find out that the plumber would come out the next day! I called the plumbing manager (Elliot) and confirmed an appointment for 5p.m. I work until 5 pm so I had to leave early but I was very happy that the company would do this on such short notice. After I got home I waited for 30 minutes and then called the manager and asked why no one was at my home. He told me the plumbers were running late so please expect them at 6pm. I had not had anything to eat or drink but I decided to wait. At 6:30 pm I called again this time I was getting very tired and upset. by 7pm I see a truck in my driveway. Two men are sitting in the truck but not getting out and talking. I open my front door and make a motion for them to come in. They look at each other in annoyance and one slowly gets out. He is wearing ripped clothing with stains all over it. He was also smoking a cigarette in his truck. He goes upstairs to my water heater and from a distance away from the water heater unit asks me why i am even changing it!? I tell him it is leaking and does not heat the water. He walks into the bathroom runs some water and says: "it seems warm enough to me" I am outraged and tell him that it is cold. He walks back to the water heater and says" it looks fine." I tell him it is leaking and he water has been draining in the pan. He says he does not see that much water! I tell him to feel the pan and that the water has been draining and I have been cleaning it. He says: "let me vacuum it up maybe its just the release valve.." After he does that he says: "uh yeah.. i don't know why.. but I guess your water heater is leaking." I say yes! He answers with: "its 7pm! I have been working all day, I cannot do anything now! I'll have to come back another time. I tell him that I have no hot water and I am stuck with no dinner and waiting all night for him. It is his decision to arrive two hours late! He tells me that he will have to call his manager but he cannot get a hold of him. I call his manager and find him right away and give him the phone. He tells his manager that even if the water heater needs to be replaced the one that they have wont fit, The manager tells him that it must fit because that is the smallest they come. He tells the manager sorry but its too late at night. So i start crying and begging to fix it and he says sorry but Ill be there right at 4pm tomorrow. He takes the water heater that they had delivered to my driveway away with him which seemed strange to me since he had intended on installing it the next day... The next day my home warranty company calls me and says: "the plumbing company quoted $1300 dollars for an install of your water heater and cannot allow this! They estimate too many pipes will have to be moved and cut to do a standard install! The plumbing manager actually had the nerve to call me and say, :"since the home warranty is not covering this do you want to have us come out for this repair and you can pay the $1300?" I was beside myself and found another plumber who installed the entire system for $250!!!!! I spent four days with no hot water and had to stay elsewhere! I have never been treated so badly by such unprofessional people who try to get out of doing work for a warranty company because they will only pay a fair rate for an install and try to rack on thousands extra. Save yourself days of tears and anguish and never work with these people!!!!

Had a problem with my clogged toilet. Within an hour, they showed up and solved the situation. Would recommend.
